Returns

Domestic Shipping

 

 We are currently shipping  domestic orders. If we are unable to ship to you, we will contact you asap and your order will be held until we are able to ship again.

How to Return  

 

 We will be happy to exchange merchandise provided it has not been used, in its original packaging with all labels and original receipt. After receiving and evaluating the exchange goods, the customer must pay the shipping costs of the new item. All changes are subject to availability at the time your exchange order is processed. Sales items or any promotional offer is a final sale. 

 

 All items will be throughly inspected before returns are processed. Refunds will be issue in accordance with the original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing time, refunds may delay up to 2 billing cycles to be credited to your account.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

 All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. In case of returns and exchanges due to a defective merchandise, one of the following alternatives will be offered to the customer by mutual agreement: repair of the merchandise or exchange a refund to the original payment method. Defective merchandise refers to all merchandise that shows manufacturing faults or defects.

The defective term does not include nor is limited to faults arising from excessive or improper use, scratches, weared or discolored soles, damages or lossed fittings, discolored merchandise, colorless skin, or skin or medium skin.

1.Pack and seal merchandise securely in a box.

2.Return to: PO Box 6161, CAGUAS PR 0026

3.Drop off at any usps location or your preferred provider.
